Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to offer a very limited refund and returns policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date that your items are delivered. If 7 days have elapsed since your items were delivered, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, together with a reason you are seeking a return. This information should be sent to us via email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will advise you by email, firstly that we have received your returned item and secondly, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
If your refund is approved, you have the option to ask for a store credit or ask that the refund amount is be credited back to your nominated bank account. Your funds are processed on the same day that our determination made.
A proof of transaction will be sent to you upon notification of the refund being processed.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not been received after 7 days from our notice to you of the refund being processed, we ask that you contact your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if we have misprinted an item, are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return your item should we ask for its return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Fragile Items
If your item/s have arrived to you damaged, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance.
