Magnetic Signage

Description

We offer magnetic signage that is printed on vinyl and adhered to our premium magnetic sheet.
We do not use cheap inferior magnetic sheeting. We use a quality sheet that is 2mm thick and will hold onto a vehicle door as if its life depended on it.
Our updated magnetic signs have been stuck to our vehicle doors for over 2 years and show no signs of fading, cracking or  peeling, nor do they look tired enough to say “enough, I’m out, replace me!”.
Our prints, unlike some of our competitors do not fade, are weather resistant, do not peel at the edges or crack.
We print on quality vinyl with HP’s Latex™ inks that stands up to the elements exceptionally well. We adhere that to our sheeting unlike our competitors who print directly to the sheeting with UV inks which, dependant on the inkset used, can last anywhere from 12-24 months unlaminated. The inks can be susceptible to cracking and fading due to the printing process and the degrading UV lamps used to cure the ink.
HP’s Latex™ inks suffer no such issues. Don’t get me wrong, every image will fade eventually. We found HP’s technology is really slow at doing so.

Remember, in order to achieve rich and vibrant results, images submitted should be at a minimum of 300x300dpi. It goes without saying that the higher the quality in, the higher the quality out.

Our fence sign has spent over 2 years in the weather and still looks as if it was printed yesterday. Sadly we can’t say the same for the grommets used (supplied with our grommeting machine) to secure the sign to our fence that have just about turned to metal oxide dust.  They balance are all sitting in a landfill somewhere as we promptly replaced them with solid brass grommets.
